The heavens opened at Thirsk for Ladies Day and Reputation had no previous form on soft ground, in fact it looked like he hated it!  But we were there and Jimmy had a cunning plan!  Having been drawn wide in the previous race Jimmy had stayed wide on the unwatered ground and nearly pinched it for Tim Easterby’s team.  He’d try to do the same again but go one better – which he did!

Delighted for Karen and family who have stuck by Rep when he could easily have been retired and after a string of placed efforts he finally got his head in front!
