Fantastic for owner Richard and Julie Wilcock and their family to get their first winner as owners!  Next Second disappointed stepped up to 6f on her previous run but 5f at Wolverhampton and a positive ride from Josie Gordon saw both the filly and her owners break their maiden tags!

“Another race dominated by those ridden prominently. NEXT SECOND came into this 0-13 but was 12lb lower than when third over C&D last October. At least as big a key to this success was securing the early lead and she was always doing enough to hold on. Things won’t always work out in her favour like this, though, so she wouldn’t be an obvious one to follow up.”
