Work Rider Training – 21st August 2023
Fantastic to welcome Jess Gillam to provide us with Work Rider Training via the North Racing College’s Regional Staff Development Scheme. Jess watched and filmed us riding on the gallop before talking though our riding postions. We then took turns on the simulator and worked on our rider positions, balance and fitness. We got great feedback, hints and tips to help us in the future.
