We were over the moon to share the first Horse Of The Month prize for the new ARC £1,000,000 All-Weather Bonus initiative.

Bobby Joe Leg shared the pot for October & November with the George Boughey-trained Queen Of Ipanema.

The owners of each horse will receive £15,000 for finishing tied at the top of the leaderboard having won their first three starts between the start of the competition and the end of November.

ARC comes in for it’s fair share of criticism but this is a great initiative.  Anything which makes racing more competitive and rewards owners financially should be celebrated particulary if you dont need a highly rated horse to have a chance of winning a decent pot!
