Great to see Be Perfect bounce back to form under Jimmy at Catterick.  Settled middle to rear he he swept around the field entering the home straight and won in good style.

“A reasonably competitive heat won in good style but the winner is an exposed handicapper and the two 3yo’s didn’t pull up any trees, so this wouldn’t be form to get excited about.  BE PERFECT has dropped back down to his last winning mark but was ridden with much more restraint than normal and he clearly enjoyed the hold-up tactics as he produced a telling turn of foot to sweep down the outside. He’s in at Newcastle later this week and would have to be a major payer given he is proven on that surface.”
