It was great to see Advance come good at Newcastle.  He was placed in all three runs for us last year and although ran well on his 2015 debut he was slightly disappointing at Haydock on his second run of the year.  Jimmy settled him in mid division and asked for an effort quarter of a mile out.  It seemed to take a while for him to get going but once he did he won with a little in hand.
