Another win at his favourite track for one of our yard favourites, Pipers Note!
“The feature race, but a smaller field than usual for a race often used as a trial for the Great St Wilfrid back here later in the month. With the top weights both veterans, it did not look the strongest renewal. The time was 0.87 secs faster than the earlier fillies’ maiden. PIPERS NOTE loves this track and gained his eighth course success off a 5lb higher mark than last time. He was repeating his win in this race from 2014 and will now try to improve on last year’s second in the Great St Wilfrid later in the month.”
