Oreo won his second race of the year at Beverley under Jimmy in first time blinkers.  It was a close call but Jimmy did a fab job of putting his head on the line!

“The three non-runners were drawn 15-16-17, and the first five finishers were drawn 6-5-7-1-2. ORIENTAL SPLENDOUR, 2lb higher than when winning over C&D in May, took well to the new headgear, just getting there in a bunched finish.”
