Having deadheated at Chelmsford before Christmas, Daytona Lady won outright under Jimmy at Wolverhampton.  Always in a handy postion the pair got first run on the favourite who had missed the break.

“A steady pace and bunched finish. DAYTONA LADY,  handily positioned throughout in a race lacking pace, got the split turning in, and with first run she held off the favourite’s late surge. She dead-heated last time out and won by a diminishing short-head here, so is certainly making the most of her opportunities at the moment.”
