After three seconds last week it was great to see Favourite Treat win under Jimmy at Doncaster. Favourite hasn't been the easiest and has had an issue with the stalls as well as other niggles so well done to Jimmy for getting him to stay in the stalls until they open and well done to his owners; Paul Saxton and The Bottom Liners for their patience.
"The official going was good to soft, good in places. After riding in the opener Liam Keniry said: "The ground is loose but it is not that soft." The front two pulled a little way clear of the rest in the first division of this modest handicap. FAVOURITE TREAT picked up well inside the final furlong and took advantage of a dropping mark. Well beaten on his return at Redcar, he was ridden with more restraint this time, settling better in midfield, and dug deep to maintain his advantage."

"Favourite Treat has been difficult in the stalls and difficult in other ways. He didn´t settle last time but he did today and he finishes his races when he does that. He has had all sorts of problems, he has come through two wind operations and a little fracture. The owners have been very patient and stuck with him and it is nice that has been repaid."
