There’s no rest on a Sunday when you’re in training for the Macmillan “Ride of Their LIves” Charity Race, and here are Ruth and her Dad doing some schooling on the Team Chasing horses.In the mizzling rain and fog, Ruth rides “Archy”, formerly owned by Ride-Away team member Bryan Allen, and well known on the Team Chasing circuit for depositing Bryan into the middle of a huge big thorn hedge last season! (Brave Ruth).Dad rides former racehorse Glad Star, bought by Grandad Chapman back in 2007. He wasn’t too good at racing, but as a 13 yo, he’s a top teamchaser and loves it!
