A Friday Morning at the Yard – 22nd February 2019
Friday is a busy morning at the yard with both Jimmy and Jack coming in to ride out. Today we also had Dad along to work one of his Team Chasers. Younger team members, Hollie and Rose are new to riding racehorses but are now taking a ride each which helps us get through the long list of horses to be worked. My hunter helps along with leading Magical Effect around the gallop without a rider. Magic is a real handful to ride on the gallop and this has proved to be a positive way forward which he actually enjoys. Jack and Jimmy also put Gloryella and Nostalgic Air through the stalls after their work is done. Massive thanks to Mum for the fab images.
